Can we restrict the license conditions to a particular researcher, not all researchers at a university?

Yes.  We think it's desirable that researchers can easily understand the implications of contracts they enter into, and we can facilitate that not only with our website providing definitions and links to discussion, but also by allowing for informed consent by  particular researchers that may not extend to the full institution and researchers that do not agree. 

Also, for all CAMBIA agreements there is a process by which materials we send out can be transferred with  consent from one lab to another, simply by getting sign-on by the  second researcher.  Write to licenses@cambia.org for details.
