This is the Agreement governing material transfer for pTNT.Q61.3, pTNT.Q60 and pTNT.Q103 and any derivatives - BY OPENING THIS PACKAGE OR USING THE ENCLOSED PLASMID YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS (a more complete explanation can be found at www.bios.net):
In return for the use of these vector and any derivatives, you agree

Furthermore, if you register your use of the vector on www.bioforge.net, you will be eligible to receive support and updates posted by CAMBIA and by others who have agreed to these terms and registered.
If your institution or employer requires signed copies of this Agreement, please obtain the dated signature of an authorised person at the bottom of each copy. NOTE: You are free to distribute this plasmid and any derivative you make using it if you accompany it with a copy of this Agreement.
Users will describe these vectors in published and unpublished works as “pTNT.Q61.3, pTNT.Q60 and pTNT.Q103 (pCAMBIA transactivation vectors)”, and will describe any clones derived from them by stating that the clone was constructed in or using “pTNT.Q61.3”, “pTNT.Q60” or “pTNT.Q103”, “(pCAMBIA transactivation vectors)”. However, no vector derived from such cloning should retain a pCAMBIA designation, as such a designation implies development and distribution by CAMBIA and its affiliates.
